Content Usage Terms – LAGZ Jackson

These terms apply to all original content created by LAGZ Jackson, including but not limited to:

• Music and sound effects
• Whole video games, their assets, and footage
• Videos and film content
• Artwork, illustrations, and designs
• Texts, scripts, and voice recordings

Permitted Use

You are allowed to use my content under the following conditions:

• The content must be used in videos, streams, gameplay recordings, animations, reaction videos, or similar creative media.
• The content must be directly related to my work or used to comment on, reference, or transform my work in some way.
• Proper credit is required in all cases. This may include:
  • A mention of “LAGZ Jackson” by name
  • A link to my official YouTube channel, website or other social platforms
  • A reference to the original source (e.g., game title, project name)

All credit must be clearly visible in the description, end screen, or within the media itself.

Prohibited Use

You are not permitted to:

• Reupload or republish my content as-is (e.g., full reuploads of videos, music, or games)
• Use my content in standalone games, films, or applications, especially if they are monetized
• Use my content in advertisements, trailers, sponsorships, or any form of promotional material
• Use my content for unrelated projects that are not connected to my work or identity
• Modify, remix, or resell my content for commercial purposes
• Use my content in connection with NFTs, AI training, or blockchain projects
• Use my content for illegal activities, to violate applicable laws, or to harm other individuals in any way

Monetization Clarification

Content used in videos or streams that include platform-based monetization (such as YouTube ads or Twitch revenue) is permitted, provided all other conditions are met. However, direct commercial use (such as selling, licensing, or using the content in paid products) is not permitted.

While the above uses are generally permitted, contacting me in advance is strongly recommended to avoid misunderstandings. Ownership

No Endorsement
